Saaslink Security Policy

1. Saaslink utilizes the latest technologies for internet security. Using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL), Saaslink ensures your data is safe and secure when you exchange personal data or private information with Saaslink.

2. Saaslink provides each customer account a unique user name and password that must be entered to access Saaslink services. Saaslink issues a session 'cookie' to record session information for an authenticated user. Saaslink does not use the session 'cookie' for any other purposes.

3. Saaslink provides data integration services for systems or service your business owns or subscribes to. In order to provide these services effectively Saaslink requires you to provide access to systems data. When transferring data, Saaslink treats your data with the upmost confidentiality and care, using encryption technologies to minimise the risk of unauthorised access.

4. When performing integration Saaslink does not store customer systems data. Saaslink may store and log information regarding the outcome of an integration.

5. Saaslink systems are hosted on secure server environments and operate behind a firewall. To prevent interference and internet attacks, Saaslink servers restricts requests on limited ports.

6. When transmitting data in the Internet and between internal systems, Saaslink encrypts all customer information or integration data.

7. Saaslink uses the latest web technologies to offer a safe and secure environment to manage and access Saaslink integration services. Account passwords are encrypted before they are stored in Saaslink's customer database.

8. Saaslink provides regular backup of customer account information and a logs of integration activity.

9. All transmission of customer account and integration data are signed with an SSL certificate and validated by Network Solutions, a 3rd party certificate signing organization.
