How it Works

A Saaslink App is defined by a source and destination. The source and destination systems determine the type of data to be integrated. For example, contacts can be integrated between a Customer Relations System (CRM) and an Accounting system.
The source and destination systems also determine the transfer mechanism. If data is accessible via an API, it is possible for the Saaslink App to perform tasks using its API. Saaslink App may be required use transfer mechanisms such as direct database access, file drop or other protocols.
Saaslink is an automated service. It will perform tasks on a regular interval and notify the account holder. Once a Saaslink App subscription is active and setup to run automatically, no further action is required. The App will run on its own.
Privacy
Saaslink translates source data into a format the destination system understands. Saaslink does not store the data being transferred. It only stores the result of each transfer.
Security
All data transmissions within Saaslink are encrypted where customer data is involved. When transmitting data with a source or destination system, the level of security available depends on the system Saaslink is transmitting to.
If you are concerned with the privacy of your data, please see Saaslink App details regarding security. If you still unsure, please consult Saaslink on support@saaslink.net.
